Nash

Hi friends! Ember here 🐾 (I used to go by Nash, but I’ve got a brand new name to match my new life!)

I made the big journey from El Paso to Bremerton, and now I’m settling into my forever home. It took me about a week to really relax, but now? I LOVE it here. I’ve got space to explore, fresh air, and I even figured out the magical doggy door—look at me go!

I’m getting the hang of all the house rules too. I come when called (most of the time 😉), and I’m feeling pretty comfy around the other dogs nearby. I had a couple of “oops” moments at first—chewed a few things, picked some… questionable bathroom spots—but I’m learning fast and doing way better now!

One thing I’m still not sure about is the car. Every ride makes my tummy feel kinda yucky, even the short ones. My humans are helping me work on it, so I’m hoping I’ll get my road trip confidence soon 🚗

Oh—and did I mention? I SHED. Like, a lot. Consider it my way of leaving little reminders of me everywhere 💁‍♀️

Overall, I’m doing really great and loving my new life with my family.
